Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return. Do not send your item back to the manufacturer. Instead, please email us at care@sahaluxury.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you from there.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, please double-check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, reach out to your bank, as processing time can vary. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at care@sahaluxury.com.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items can be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, subject to stock availability. For exchanges, email us at care@sahaluxury.com for further instructions.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
